Hepatomegaly is a constant sign in malignancy, and the size is on the average bigger than those found in inflammatory discases and cirrhosis.
Jaundice is not an essential sign in malignancy. Generally it is mild when present.
Angiomatas are not generally found in malignancies of the liver.
Venous collaterals are not seen in early hepatomas, yet it may be present in the late stages.
SGPT is rarely elevated in hepatoma.
CCFT and TTT are usually normal.
